Preparation
Clean the peaches and cut them into small pieces and put them into a bowl. Pour the half of the Mozel onto the fruits. Add the sugar, mix slowly, cover the glass and leave it in the refregarator for 30 minutes. Then, add the rest of the Mozel. Right before serving add the sparkling Mozel. The punch must be served chilled.
