 | Canadian Sour Glass: Highball
· 4 parts Canadian Whiskey - Rye Whiskey
· 2 parts Lemon Juice
· 1 part Simple Sirup
· 1/8 part Mineral Water

Preparation
Shake ingredients with ice and pour the mixture in glass. Add some mineral water.
Finish
Decorate with half slice of orange on rim of glass and a spiral of orange peel and a cocktail cherry with a stick which nails the slice of orange. |
