Champagne
· 3 parts Vodka
· 2 parts Blue Curacao
· 2 parts Grapefruit Juice
· 2 parts Sparkling Wine - Champagne
Preparation
Shake ingredients, except for champagne, with ice and strain into glass. Add champagne.
Finish
Decorate with a half slice of lemon on rim of glass and a mint leaf inside glass.
