| Brandy Black Glass: Highball
· 2 parts Brandy - Cognac
· 1 part Creme de Menthe
· 1/2μ Lemon Juice
· Ginger Ale
· 1 slice Lemon
| Preparation
Shake the brandy, the Creme de Mint and the lemon juice with ice in the shaker. Let the mixture drain in a glass and add 3 ice cubes. Also add Ginger Ale.
Finish
