| Greek Back Glass: Collins
· 2 parts Brandy - Cognac · Ginger Ale · 1/2 teaspoon Ouzo · 1/2 part Lemon Juice · 1 Lemon

Preparation
Shake the Metaxa and the juice of half of the lemon with ice in the shaker. Let the mixture drain in the Collins-glass with 2 ice cubes. Add Ginger Ale pour the Ouzo slowly.
Finish
Wash the lemon and peel it. Then decorate the glass with it. |
