| Ice Corn Kir Glass: Ice Cream
· 1/2 part Creme de Cassis · 2 parts Berry Juice · 1/2 part Canadian Whiskey - Rye Whiskey · 2 parts Soda · 1 tablespoon Ice Cream Cherry
| Preparation
Put the ice cream in a glass. Mix the corn extract with the Creme de Cassis and the juice along with the ice cubes, let the mixture drain on the ice cream. Add soda.
