| Pina Colada Glass: Collins

· 3 parts Rum
· 9 tablespoons Coconut Juice
· 9 tablespoons Pineapple
| Preparation
In an electric blender we put 2 cups of cracked ice and blend the ingredients in a high speed for a short time. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass. We use cracked pineapple. We serve with a straw.
