| Frozen Berkeley Glass: Champagne
· 1 1/2 part Rum
· 1/2 part Brandy - Cognac
· 3 tablespoons Passion Fruit Syrup
· 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
| Preparation
Combine ingredients with half-cup crushed ice and blend at low speed. Serve into a champagne glass.
