· 1/2 part Brandy - Cognac
· 1/2 part Rum
· 1/2 part Madeira
· 1 part Milk
· 1 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
· 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
· 1 Eggwhite

Shake the ingredients with ice in the shaker and let the mixture drain in a glass.
