| Brandy Crusta Glass: Cocktail
· 2 parts Brandy - Cognac
· 1/2 part Tonic Water
· 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
· 10 drops Angostura
· 1 tablespoon Maraschino

Preparation
Moisten the edge of a glass with a lemon and dip into sugar. Cut the rind of half a lemon in spiral and place in glass. Stir ingredients with ice and strain into the glass.
Finish
Decorate with a slice of orange. |
