| Honeydew Glass: Sautern
· 1 part Sparkling Wine - Champagne
· 1 part London dry Gin
· 1/2 part Lemon Juice
· 5 drops Pernod
· 1 slice Melone

Put the ingredients in the blender and shake them for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture in a wine glass and fill with champagne.
