Preparation
Beat first the yolks and then in a separate bowl the whites of 1 dozen eggs. Pur them together and add 1 pinch of baking soda, rum and 2 lbs granulated sugar. Beat into stiff batter and add milk, 32 parts of light cream and whiskey and stir. Set in refregerator overnight and serve into punch glasses after stirring again.

Sprinkle nutmeg on top. |
